Golf2Grow 2022
PCC’s 2021 inaugural golf event helped Frog Hollow Farm acquire a greenhouse* to enable Contributors to continue their meaningful work during the winter months, a significant next step to expanding both its sustainability and work opportunities. The non-profit Partners Foundation is raising funds on behalf of its sister-non-profit, Partners Creating Community (PCC), located in Chester County Pennsylvania. PCC’s initiative is working with local, not-for-profit businesses to provide meaningful work opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism and mental health issues (Contributors). To date, Partners Creating Community has established three such businesses in Phoenixville in addition to Frog Hollow Farm, a “life sharing” 12-acre residential farm home where Contributors learn and apply the skills necessary for meaningful employment.
