As a new venture of Partners Creating Community, Frog Hollow Farm envisions a place where adults with special needs can find a therapeutic community in which they will thrive.

Similar residential mental health facilities are demonstrating that the benefits of living in a caring, serene, and supportive environment can make the difference between a productive, empowered life, and one dependant on traditional, institutional care.

THE FARM

Situated on over 12 agriculturally productive acres in picturesque Kimberton, PA, the farm offers a bucolic setting in which residents enjoy the benefits of a working farm. An exquisite 7 bedroom home with four floors of generous living spaces fosters a sense of family and community while providing the privacy that adult residents require. Constructed in 2009, the farmhouse offers all modern amenities for the safety and comfort of residents.

Outside, residents can enjoy wooded trails, open spaces, as well as a barn suitable for keeping small farm animals, like our newest additions, Luca and Milo, our twin dwarf donkeys.

Located one hour north of Philadelphia, Frog Hollow Farm is easily accessible by major thoroughfares, including the PA Turnpike.

THE PROGRAM
