Golf for a Great Cause
The non-profit Partners Foundation is raising funds on behalf of its sister-non-profit, Partners Creating Community (PCC), located in Chester County Pennsylvania. PCC’s initiative is working with local, not-for-profit businesses to provide meaningful work opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism and mental health issues (Contributors). To date, Partners Creating Community has established three such businesses in Phoenixville: Green Lion Breads, Heart Stone Pastry, and Pear Tree Coffee Roasters.
In 2019, Partners Creating Community opened Frog Hollow Farm, a “life sharing” residential farm home. In addition to providing residential services to its clients, the 12-acre farm is working to become a sustainable business where Contributors learn and apply the skills necessary for meaningful employment on a working farm. As a significant next step to expanding both its sustainability and work opportunities, Frog Hollow Farm needs a greenhouse to enable Contributors to continue their meaningful work during the winter months.
“Golf for a Great Cause” helped us raise the necessary funds to purchase a greenhouse for Frog Hollow Farm! You can still make a donation by clicking the Donation button on the right. Thank you!
THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR A SUPPORTING OUR CAUSE!!

“In April 2019, our main concern was: What will happen to our son with Autism if something happens to us? We collaborated with PCC to establish Frog Hollow Farm as a "life sharing" home. Two plus years later our son is doing great living on the farm!”
