A Natural Space Brings Us Together

Frog Hollow Farm is Partners Creating Community’s 12-acre working farm focused on agricultural initiatives including an apiary, flour milling, fruits, vegetables, herbs, forestry and orchards. Our farmers mill flour; grow fruits, vegetables and herbs; and harvest honey for Green Lion Breads and Heart Stone Pastry. Frog Hollow Farm also provides freshly harvested goods to those supported by Partners Creating Community.
